Сразу после окончания школы в 1968 году поступила на курсы телевизионных режиссёров.Зачислена в штат Центрального телевидения (), работала в редакции Информации, в редакции научно-популярных и учебных программ (отдел иностранных языков), а с 1978 г. в литературно-драматической редакции. С по замужем за Негрулем Евгением Александровичем, торговым советником посольства Австралии. В 1978 г. вышла замуж за актёра Александра Филиппенко, а в 1985 г. родила ему дочь Александру.
Основные работы
Наиболее значительные спектакли в качестве телевизионного режиссёра:
- «Хлопотун, или дело мастера боится» (1979, пост. Е. Ануфриева)
- «Когда мы были молодые». (1978, К 20-летию ЭС «Наш дом». Программа в 2х частях.

М.Розовского) — моноспектакль А.Филиппенко, за который он получил впоследствии Государственную премию.
- Вместе с Т. О. Пауховой и В. В. Ерофеевым создала цикл программ «Апокриф», который и поныне идёт на канале «Культура».
- Снимала в Королевской опере в г. Амстердаме оперу А. Шнитке «Жизнь с идиотом» (пост. Б.Покровского). В г. Токио снимала цикл балетов с Н.Ананиашвили. Делала с Т. О. Пауховой программу о Леониде Филатове, Григории Горине. В 1996 г. ушла с телевидения. В 1997 была приглашена на работу к Ирэне Лесневской на РЭН-ТВ и делала цикл из 6 фильмов «Шесть вечеров с Юрием Никулиным», программу «Клуб Белый попугай» и серию программ с Эльдаром Рязановым.
Живёт в Москве.

Работала в редакции информационных программ, позже в редакции научно-популярных и учебных программ (отдел иностранных языков), а с 1978 г. в литературно-драматической редакции.
Заочно окончила режиссёрский факультет училища им. Щукина (мастерская А. М. Паламишева). Дипломный спектакль — «Институт бабушек», 1984 г. (по пьесе Анны Родионовой, специально написанная для этого).
